Christina Bailey Robbins is the director of administration in the Office of the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs. Bailey Robbins is responsible for the management, development, and execution of the goals and priorities of the Vice Provost. She provides operational planning, budgeting, and assessment of initiatives across multiple units, enhancing collaboration and integration. Within her role, Bailey Robbins develops programming and mentors professional staff. As the director of administration, she assists the Vice Provost in setting strategic direction, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and providing advanced professional leadership. Christina Bailey Robbins started with The Ingram Commons in 2006 and works closely with the Residential College system. She supervises the staff working in the system and is part of the Residential Colleges senior leadership team. Christina works with the residential faculty and staff to implement academic and developmental programs that assist students throughout their time at Vanderbilt. Christina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Union University. In addition to her love of Vanderbilt students, Christina enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter.
