Commodore Cruise

Commodore Cruises are opportunities for Vanderbilt students to experience Nashville and break out of the Vandy bubble!  These events typically occur once a month and they allow students to engage in an alcohol free, social/educational outing with Vanderbilt faculty, staff, and fellow students.

Each Commodore Cruise begins with dinner at an exclusive Nashville restaurant followed by an enjoyable night out on the town!

In order to participate, students receive an email announcing the upcoming cruise and are directed to register to our cruise registry.  We randomly select the winners and allow them to RSVP and select another Vanderbilt student as their guest.  Faculty members are recruited to participate at the beginning of each academic year.  Residential Education staff accompanies each cruise and serve as the Cruise Director for each trip.

Be on the lookout for e-mails with information about registering for Commodore Cruises!  We will send out an email with instructions for signing up.
