AquaDores Swim Team
AquaDores is a summer swim team that is open to Vanderbilt University and the greater Nashville community. The goal of AquaDores is to offer Nashville youth the opportunity to improve existing swim skills and develop teamwork. The AquaDores Swim Team focuses on stroke technique, competition, water safety, and encourages sportsmanship and camaraderie.
Practices at the Rec pool create a fun-filled, competitive swim experience for all participants and their families. Swimmers who are 6-17 years of age and can swim one length of the pool (any stroke), in a water depth of 10 feet without the aid of floatation devices, are eligible to join. Parent/guardian involvement is essential to the success of the team.
