Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

We are dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion throughout the Department of Psychology in the College of Arts & Science. The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) committee strives to facilitate an environment where all members of the Vanderbilt University community—undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral trainees, faculty and staff—are unburdened by systemic barriers in science and academia. We aim to address underrepresentation across all genders, races, ethnicities, sexualities, socioeconomic statuses, ages and abilities, so that our department represents the rich diversity of the world around us.
