SEC Travel Grant Program

Vanderbilt is a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC).  The SEC Faculty Travel Program, an initiative of the academic body of the SEC, is designed to enhance faculty collaboration among SEC member universities. The grants give faculty from Vanderbilt the opportunity to travel to another SEC campus to exchange ideas, develop grant proposals and conduct research. Grants typically range from $1,500 to $3,500.  Grants were not awarded during AY20-21.  In June 2021, Vanderbilt will issue a call for applications for AY21-22 and provide additional information about funding criteria and process.

More information on the program is available on the SEC website:  https://www.thesecu.com/programs/sec-faculty-travel-program/.
