The Vanderbilt University Institute of Imaging Science (VUIIS) is seeking a postdoctoral research fellow for a 2-year mentored research training opportunity supported by the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering. We are currently seeking a candidate with an interest in developing and applying quantitative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) methods at 3T and 7T field strengths for clinical applications in neurology. Ongoing projects of immediate interest include: • Development of structural and functional MRI of the thoracolumbar spinal cord for applications in multiple sclerosis and other neurological disorders • Studies of sex differences in imaging biomarkers of neurological disease pathology
