Postdoctoral research fellow position in the Vanderbilt Music Cognition Lab (https://www.vumc.org/music-cognition-lab/). There are several ongoing projects focused on rhythm and timing of social interaction and communication, language and social communication development in young children with and without ASD (including studies of infant-directed speech and song), and interventions to support social/communication development and family well-being. The postdoc will engage in various study aspects with particular emphasis on data analysis, manuscript preparation/dissemination, and contributing to the scientific discussions and project development, as well as opportunities for paradigm development, data collection, and supervising students and RAs. Candidates should be interested in social or language development/skills; have strong data analysis and organizational skills; and ability to work independently and as part of interdisciplinary team. |
