I am currently looking for talented research scientists/ postdocs with backgrounds in Neuroscience and/or Physiology/ Cell Biology who are passionate on finding a cure for children suffering from neurodevelopmental disorders including epilepsy, autism, schizophrenia and intellectual disability etc. We are devoted to a large interinstitutional collaborative effort with the goal of bringing treatment (including both gene therapy and pharmacological compounds) to patients and this is a true translational study from bench to bedside. The patients are waiting for what we are developing, so the project may entail many interactions with disease foundations and partnered institutes and industries, which requires dedicated, hardworking candidates with great talents and good communication skills. |

If you have experience and skillsets in one or more areas of study involving assays for ion channel and/or transporter function, electrophysiology recordings including both in vitro and ex vivo, and neurobehavioral evaluations in mouse models as well as induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), and are passionate about finding a cure for children who are suffering patient, please email me.
