Autism sensory neuroimaging postdoc

The Cascio lab is seeking a postdoctoral trainee for an open 2-year position beginning winter or early spring 2017. We are seeking candidates who are committed to a career in autism research, and who have experience in human neuroimaging (fMRI and/or DTI). Familiarity with advanced imaging techniques such as classification approaches, dynamic connectivity, or high angular resolution diffusion imaging is a plus, as is experience with experimental neuroscience related to sensory or affective neural systems, but not required. Experience imaging children and/or special populations is a plus, but not required. An excellent academic track record and strong verbal and written communication skills are required. 

The position will be funded by the PIs’ grants, and salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, in accordance with NIH standards. Extension for a third year is possible and contingent on continued funding and research performance and scholarly productivity.
