Maintenance and Operations
Vanderbilt University Maintenance and Operations, VUMO, provides facilities support for all construction, renovation and routine maintenance of all university spaces; custodial services oversee approximately 5.8 million square feet of academic, administrative, residential and recreational space; grounds cares for 330 acres of the Vanderbilt University Arboretum and turf care for the Frist Athletics Village; and innovative utilities for the university and Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC).
