Pandemic America: Where the &$@! Are We Heading?
Webinar: Tues., Nov. 2, 2:30-3:30pm CST (3:30-4:30pm EST)
Pandemics, elections, national reckonings with racism and inequity, fires as far as the eye can see, and a host of other shpilkes-inducing stressors should bring us together in common cause. But instead, to quote Chris Hayes, we’re either “going through a slow-motion nervous breakdown or it’s basically always like this and now we have lots of documentation.”
Where the heck are we going? Are we collectively traumatized? And-or do we need each other to stay sane?
This panel of leading thinkers and doers will provide insight into where we’ve been, where we are headed—and what we can do about it.
The event is free and open via Zoom webinar with registration – and will be filmed hybrid-style in front of a live student audience at Vanderbilt University.
