On Campus Commencement Housing

Commencement housing for 2025 will be available in Hank Ingram Hall on the Peabody College campus.

Rates and Availability

• Rooms are available the nights of May 7, 8, and 9, 2025. There is no minimum night stay required.
• Nightly rates are $103 per night per room plus taxes. This rate includes parking for one vehicle.

Accommodations

• Each room is furnished with two twin beds, two dressers, two desks, two chairs, and two closets.
• Linens and pillows are provided for each bed.
• Each floor has two designated women’s restrooms and two designated men’s restrooms.
• Wireless internet access is available throughout the building.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in begins at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, at the Hank Ingram House Desk.
• Check-out is required by 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 10.
