LGBTQ Policy Lab Launches New Website; Awarded 5 More Years of Funding
The LGBTQ Policy Lab has been awarded 5 additional years of funding as a Vanderbilt University institutional program. Funding will support the continued growth of our team, including recruitment of talented trainees and faculty, as well as amplifying the impact our research agenda.
LGBT individuals continue to experience higher rates of poverty and homelessness, lower incomes, more peer-victimization in schools, and more difficult educational environments compared to non-LGBT counterparts, in both the US and abroad.
