Penn State University

LAPOP has an agreement with Penn State University to provide access to the data sets. Students and faculty at this institution may now access the data obtained under this agreement without having to resort to contacting LAPOP.  The agreement provides that the protection of human subjects for these deidentified data sets is under the control and supervision of the Penn State University Institutional Review Board.
