CREATIVE COMMONS 

All uploaded projects on LANGUAGEPANDA.ORG are shared under the Creative Commons “Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike ” license (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) as indicated by the license icon featured under every published project (see image below).

Users who wish to share their ideas with the language teaching community, hence agree to the following terms:

1. Attribution — You must give appropriate credit [if your project is based on somebody else’s work], provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

2. Non-commercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

3. ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

You are free to “share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format” and “adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material”. For further information, please check out the Creative Commons full license.

Language Panda requires users to provide a full list of items that do not fall under the “public domain” category. Film-clips, computer games etc are copyright protected content and need to be labeled as such. Under “Copyrights & Credits” (see image below), our users are required to list any content that falls under this category. The user needs to name the materials or media (e.g. “Titanic”) and their creator/s (“James Cameron”)  . This information will be displayed underneath the users entry.
