-€œThe Future of the Libraries Committee is charged by the Provost with developing a vision for the direction the Vanderbilt Library system needs to take in this time of great flux in order to best position the library as a support for our research and teaching needs.-€

The faculty and library staff who populate the Future of the Libraries Committee are eager to gather student input.    This is your chance to help envision library services and resources as we implement the Academic Strategic Plan.    Opportunities to participate in these focus groups concerning the Future of our Libraryinclude:

1)            Feb. 2, Monday 7-8 PM 800 BB Central Library
2)            Feb. 5, Thursday 3-4   PM 800BB Central Library

[More groups can be scheduled depending upon student response.   We want to hear from you!]

RSVP: holling.smith-borne@vanderbilt.eduif you would like to participate.   The groups will be relatively small, so reserve your space quickly.

This is the time to make your voices heard and to register your ideas about our library services and resources!
