The Buchanan Library Fellowship program

Posted by on Monday, April 16, 2018 in Archives, News.

Calling all undergraduates: are you interested in becoming a Buchanan Library Fellow? Applications are now being accepted for summer and fall fellowships.

The Buchanan Library Fellowship program connects undergraduate students with librarians and faculty to develop skills in a variety of areas, including geographic information systems, data visualization, exhibition curation and WordPress blogs. Students commit to 3 to 5 hours of work per week over the course of a semester and present on their projects at the semester’s end, coming away with a completed project on their resume, a better understanding of how the libraries work, and a stipend of $500.  Three programs are currently seeking fellows for the upcoming semesters.
