Share-A-Bear for Amqui Elementary School
Come join the Creative Campus Residential Fellows for our second Share-A-Bear event! Finals can be stressful, and what better way to relieve that stress than arts and crafts? We’ll be making teddy bears to give to kids at Amqui Elementary School. 82% of the children at this school come from low-income families, and we learned last year that for many of these children the teddy bears we make might be the only gift they receive during the holidays. So take 5 minutes, build a bear, and help us make the season a little bit more special for some kids! You won’t regret it.
Where: Commons Center Atrium
When: Friday, December 9 (reading day) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
