Congratulations, future Vanderbilt graduate!

The Provost’s Office for Inclusive Excellence is hosting the PersistVU virtual Graduate Recognition Ceremony on May 13th @ 11 a.m.

QuestBridge and PersistVU realize that holding the identity and experiences as a person from low-/lower-income backgrounds is complex and challenging. Students from low-/lower-income backgrounds are persistent and bring discipline, dedication, and intellect to our campus community. Some of what makes the experiences for scholars from low-/lower-income communities difficult are the institutional and societal barriers that too often defines and limits the capacity for success and mental, emotional, physical, and financial wellness. If you are a graduate, professional, or undergraduate student who identifies as a scholar who navigates the experiences of low-/lower-income people, we cordially invite you to participate in the Inaugural PersistVU College Student Graduates’ Recognition Ceremony.

If you would like to be a part of this virtual celebration, you are required to RSVP. Please RSVP by end of day May 3rd, 2021. To RSVP, please register here.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Provost’s Office for Inclusive Excellence via email at Officeforinclusiveexcellence@vanderbilt.edu.

Again, congratulations, and we hope to see you RSVP soon.
