Remember to register for Panhellenic Formal Recruitment! If you are interested in pursuing membership in Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Omicron Pi, Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta, Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Delta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Pi Beta Phi, and want to hear more about joining Zeta Tau Alpha this process is for you. Signing up is super easy and involves four easy steps:

1.      Come to the Office of Greek Life located in Sarratt 339 to fill out a Release of Information Card.

2.      When you visit the office please bring $30.00 in cash or check for your Recruitment Registration Fee. We DO NOT take Commodore Card or any other debit/credit cards.

3.      Go online at  http://www.vanderbilt.edu/greek_life/ , look at the right side navigation and click on -€œRegister for Panhellenic Formal Recruitment-€. Please fill out the online application in as much detail as possible. You cannot go back and make changes to this document so be prepared with a detailed list of activities and legacy information.

4.      Finally, while you are in the Office of Greek Life pick up a Recruitment Guidebook which will answer many of the questions you have about the process.

Basic requirements for participating in the process are a GPA of 2.5 or above, 12 credit hours at Vanderbilt, and a woman may not participate should she be on disciplinary probation during the fall semester. Recruitment takes place on January 7-8 and 13-14 ending with Bid Day on the 15. We strongly encourage you to be back on campus by Friday, January 6 at 6pm for the Pre-Recruitment Meeting.
