CALLING ALL COMMODORES!!!

The Commodore Call Center is currently seeking goal oriented, outgoing Vanderbilt Students with excellent verbal communication skills and great school spirit!

Our Student Fundraising Ambassadors call hundreds of Vanderbilt alumni, friends, and parents on a daily and nightly basis to secure unrestricted gifts that benefit students like you! Our Ambassadors raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for the university annually while building skills of communication and negotiation that are valuable for ALL career paths.

Those best suited for this position come with a persistent, positive attitude, great adaptation skills, and the desire to make a difference in their community.

We train each of our Ambassadors in our company-provided software, and fundraising techniques to maximize the levels of success. Our flexible scheduling allows you to work in the evenings after your classes, or during the day for those with a less traditional class schedule. Our permanent schedule is as follows:

Sunday- 1:00-3:00, 3:00-5:00, 5:00-7:00, 7:00-9:00
Monday – Tuesday- 3:00-5:00, 5:00-7:00, 7:00-9:00
Wednesday- Thursday- 5:00-7:00, 7:00-9:00
Fridays & Saturdays– Varies

The resume-building skills that this job provides are not the only benefits that you stand to gain. Our starting salary of $10/ hour comes with the added benefit of monthly bonuses and semi-annual raises. We also offer tuition assistance to our Ambassadors who work the entire semester for at least a total of 150 hours and receive at least a C average for the semester. You can earn up to an additional $400 per semester just by being a part of our Center!
