“Meditation and Focusing of the Mind”
Please join us for a relaxing and stress-free McGill Hour. In partnership with the Yes + Meditation Club of Vanderbilt, this McGill Hour will introduce techniques for calming the mind and focusing attention. The Yes + Meditation Club will also lead a couple of meditation sessions so students can appreciate its power in bringing peace to the mind and body. Bring your yoga mat or a towel for comfort!
