Whitney Thompson was the the first plus-sized winner of America-s Next Top Model!!! Since Tyra she has been featured in multiple high fashion magazines, including Vogue and most recently Italian Vogue.
Being different was not the easiest obstacle to over come. In her speech Whitney will discuss, -how she never let self-esteem, body image, or society hold her back,- and how people come in all shapes, sizes, and colors and should, -avoid falling into the downward spiral of pleasing others,” as cited by her manager.
Her speech is sure to be a true representation of how loving your body and yourself is a sure way to success, and how being true to you is a key component for life.
Admission is free and after Whitney’s speech there will be a reception afterwards with free hors d’ourves and a chance to meet individually with Whitney herself!
