Professor Daniel Gervais of Vanderbilt Law School will lead a panel discussion addressing the recent  Tennessee legislation that criminalizes account sharing of online subscription  services like Netflix, Spotify, and Hulu. Joining us as panelists are Mitch  Glazier, Senior Executive Vice President of the Recording Industry Association of America; Michael King, Director of Digital Legal Affairs at Barnes & Noble; and William Ramsey, member of Neal & Harwell, PLC. The panelists will discuss the legislation-€™s impact from a variety of viewpoints and will also consider how the law affects online business models and the broader issue of copyright piracy. Please join us for the talk from 4:30-5:30 in Flynn Auditorium at Vanderbilt Law School, followed by a reception in the North Lobby.
