Nicole’s passion for service stems from her internal willpower to pay it forward by bringing people together to maximize our societal impact. As early as the third grade, Nicole combined her passion for solving social challenges with innovation.

As a natural entrepreneur, she has created a “bully buzzer” to help young students, a drone security system to deter school violence, and co-founded the TOgether Project, LLC, a non-profit organization that provides pro-bono orthodontic care to youth otherwise unable to afford treatment.

In Nashville, Nicole partnered with the Nashville Entrepreneur Center and Unlocked to learn and serve in ways that promote sustainable economic growth. She conducted grant research for Unlocked to identify ways the social enterprise can secure additional funding. Nicole then used this experience to co-found a web app for the Nashville Entrepreneur Center that automates data from google forms to analyze diversity statistics.

Nicole spent the summer of 2022 working with Impact Delta to help investors align positive financial outcomes with a positive environmental and social impact. Nicole created a plan to scale Impact Delta’s services to nonprofit clients.

Nicole is thankful for the generosity and continuous support from the Ingram community and cannot wait to pay it forward.
