  • Open ‘Dores publication – includes information about Vanderbilt and how to start joining our community (mail)

May

  • The Road to Vanderbilt (online version)
    • The Road to Vanderbilt features a checklist of tasks that need to be completed before students arrive on campus. You will also find information on on-campus services and resources
    • The Road to Vanderbilt 2022 

June

  • Health insurance information (email)
  • Meal plan (mail or email)
  • Materials and instructions for class registration (mail or email)

July

  • Be Smart-Be Safe module information (email)
  • Directory of Dining Services (mail, domestic only)
  • Information from the bookstore about ordering textbooks and course materials (email)

August

  • Notification of housing and room assignment, roommate information, mailbox number and Vanderbilt address, shipping instructions, move-in time, and instructions from the Housing Office (mail)
  • Letter from VUceptor (mail or email)
  • Becoming a ‘Dore (2021 Issue)
    • Becoming a ’Dore is designed to help you learn more about the many resources and opportunities we have to offer you at Vanderbilt and in Nashville. You will also learn more about the places and people here in your new home
    • Students will pick up a copy of the 2022 issue of Becoming a ‘Dore on Move-In Day
