We strongly encourage you to reserve your accommodations now as hotels and rentals can fill up! For additional resources as you plan your trip, please visit the Visiting Nashville page for hotel discounts and more. Many sessions and events occur during the day on Friday. Please keep that in mind when planning for your trip as you may want to consider getting into town on the evening of Thursday, Oct. 12.

Vanderbilt Family Hotel Discounts
Several of our local hotels have partnered with us to offer discounts to our parents and families when they come to visit their students. While there are hundreds of lodging choices in Nashville to fit multiple needs, those closest to the campus will be in the West End neighborhood of Midtown.
