Dear Class of 2026:

We look forward to welcoming you to campus in just a few short weeks! Please review the information below in order to best prepare for your arrival in August.

• Housing Assignments, roommate information, and assigned move-in times will be sent to students via their Vanderbilt University email on August 1, 2022.
• Please ensure your address is correct in YES. Parking placards and key release cards will be mailed via USPS to domestic students on or around August 1, 2022. Please ensure that you bring these items with you on move-in day.
• A full move-in guide has been published for your convenience.
• Our university departments and organizations are excited to welcome you to campus. Please review our helpful information in preparation to your arrival.
• If you have not done so already, please submit your photo to the Commodore Card Office to ensure your mobile card access will function properly upon your arrival.
• For your reference and planning, the 2022-2023 important dates have been published, including all residence hall opening and closing dates.
