Dear Postdoctoral Fellows,

As a follow up to last week’s email, we would like to draw your attention to the following that will affect you as a VUMC postdoc.

VUMC postdocs are eligible to take an at-home test, use the community testing centers, or use the VUMC testing centers located at the Epod Breakroom in Medical Center East – open 7:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. daily until Friday January 7th.
One Hundred Oaks – Employee only testing line available for expedited service. Hours of operation are:

  • Jan 4, 8 a.m.-4:15 p.m.
  • Jan 5, 8 a.m.-4:15 p.m.
  • Jan 6, 8 a.m.-4:15 p.m.
  • Jan 7, 8 a.m.-4:15 p.m.

Please submit positive tests obtained outside of VUMC (including at-home tests) to Occupational Health via the outside test report REDCap at https://redcap.vanderbilt.edu/surveys/?s=CACNP8CW3C .  (note: repeat positive tests obtained as part of the Return-to-Work process do not need to be reported to Occupational Health through the above survey).
