Division of Administration Newsletter E-Newsletter [Vanderbilt University]

April 22, 2021

Eric Kopstain

Dear staff colleagues,

Vanderbilt University is collecting information on the number of faculty, staff and students who have received a COVID-19 vaccine so we can create a plan for a safe return to campus.

This information, in conjunction with CDC recommendations and public health guidance from VUMC and Metro Health, will be used when evaluating potential changes to campus protocols.

The vaccine tracker is password-protected and confidential so that your information is safe. I strongly encourage members of the Vanderbilt community to submit their vaccine records so that we can develop a broad understanding of the vaccination status of our community.

Click on the vaccine tracker/submission form.

I also strongly encourage you to get your free COVID-19 vaccination if you have not received it. Staff can schedule vaccinations through Vanderbilt University Medical Center. If you are unable to go to VUMC for your vaccine, we encourage you to find other options through vaccinefinder.org.

Once you receive your vaccination, please immediately take a picture of your vaccination card in case you lose the original. Staff who are two weeks past their last dose of vaccine and have submitted their vaccination status to the university will be exempt from the asymptomatic testing program.

Thank you,

Eric Kopstain
Vice Chancellor for Administration
