People and Purpose First: Building Innovative Teams for Uncertain Times

This workshop is intended for leaders who want to build innovative teams and resilient people in virtual environments and beyond. Navigating your way through uncertainty can be improved with a person-centered approach and a solid footing in shared purpose. We will explore the power of team purpose and what it means to be human in an increasingly digital world, with tools that participants can immediately put into practice.

Hosted by Susan Douglas and Jeremiah Palmer of Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College of Education and Human Development.

Day of Wond’ry

Over the last few months, the Wond’ry has rapidly transitioned to remote work but has continued innovating and creating. The Day of Wond’ry event is a chance to celebrate this transition and inform the Vanderbilt community about new opportunities.  We will have a full day of online content so you can stream from the comfort of home while social distancing.  Stay the whole time, or just drop by for a while!  There will be presentations by Wond’ry staff, fun interactive activities, student poster sessions, networking breakout rooms, and a dedicated Slack channel for interaction throughout.  For the full schedule, check here:  Day of Wond’ry Page.

The Day of Wondr’y is open to everyone, whether you are a Vanderbilt student, faculty, or staff member, a prospective student, a Vanderbilt alum, or someone interested in innovation!  Please RSVP at the link below.
