Dear PCC Colleagues,

Please see the below for the most recent updates to the PCC to UCC transition.

UCC Director Search

Three finalist candidates for the UCC Director search participated in on-campus interviews.  Thanks to all who participated in interviews or attended job talks.

Technology & Information Systems

  • VUIT hosted a kick-off meeting for the PyraMED implementation team and has continued to meet regularly. PCC representatives are Melissa Porter, Brian Pollock, and Adriana Kipper-Smith
  • WellTrack pilot continues with involvement from many PCC providers.

Websites

  • PCC staff provided feedback on the current PCC website, specifically what to preserve and what to improve. The website committee will continue to provide ideas and suggestions for the design of the UCC website.
  • VU News and Communication is working to provide an advisory “Communications Team” to facilitate launch of UCC and Student Care Network
  • PCC staff met with News and Communication for development of video to accompany new UCC website
  • International student focus groups were conducted to discuss websites ideas.

Long Term planning

  • PCC staff provided ideas and suggestions to Vanderbilt University Real Estate team regarding front desk renovations.

Medical Record Transfer

  • Work continued with student groups and other partners regarding process for student health record transition from PCC to UCC
