Description:

Scholars in the field of German and Russian studies face a particular set of challenges in examining the historical and cultural legacies of two states and societies that have been at the center of the most radical upheavals of the 20th century. How can advances in digital scholarship shed light on the history of this region and its diverse peoples? What can tools in data visualization and analysis offer scholars as they confront questions particular to this region? Join us for a panel of scholars addressing these questions from a variety of disciplinary backgrounds in German and Russian studies.
