Disck Sisto (vibraphone and talking drum) Jeremy Allen (Bass). Dick Sisto is an internationally renowned vibraphonist, author of The Jazz Vibraphone Book pub. Hal Leonard and composer of the original music for the PBS DVD biographical film of Thomas Merton’s life by Morgan Atkinson. Sisto has performed and recorded with prominent jazz artists, including Fred Hersch, David “Fathead” Newman, Kenny Werner, Rufus Reid, and many others. He is the jazz vibraphone teacher at the University of Louisville. More info at dicksisto.com. Double bassist Jeremy Allen is the Professor of Jazz Bass at Indiana University. He is an internationally respected bassist and has recorded and performed with Kenny Wheeler, Bob Brookmeyer, Fred Hersch, and many others.
