Student Involvement Fair
Greetings Campus Partners!
We would like to invite your department to attend the annual Student Involvement Fair on Friday, August 23rd from 3 – 5pm in the Recreation Center Field house at the Recreation and Wellness Center. Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) are invited to participate in the event, which is geared toward groups that have undergraduate students as the majority of their organization. Since this is a great opportunity for students to learn about the numerous ways to be involved on campus, student organizations are encouraged to have representation at the fair.
In addition to RSOs, offices and departments who provide students with co-curricular involvement, volunteer, or leadership opportunities are invited to participate in the fair. It is our hope that your participation at this event creates an opportunity for you to connect with many students and that they become aware of the resources and services that you have to offer. The Student Involvement Fair is not an event to promote general events, office programs, or employment opportunities. If your department is interested in participating, please fill out this form by Friday, August 16th.
Each department that participates will be provided with a table this year. You are welcome to bring flyers or other promotional items that will help get the word out about your department and if you have a table cloth, that works too! Please make sure to have all of your electronic items fully charged since we will not have access to power at the space. We also encourage you to roam around and visit student organization tables when you have an opportunity.

Please feel free to review this page for your reference as we will be updating information accordingly. More detailed information (table number/category) will be provided to participants closer to the date of the fair.
