Out in The Workplace: Tips for Navigating the Internship and Job Search

March 12th 12:30pm- 1:30pm in Kissam 210

The Career Center and The Office of LGBTQI Life invite Dean of Students staff to join us as we rollout an online toolkit for students navigating the internship and job search. We will also be answering student’s pre-submitted questions about being out in the workplace and in the job search process. This will provide staff with the tools and knowledge to support LGBTQIA+ students as they begin to consider their post-college life. We hope you join us!

P.R.I.D.E. Training with the Office of LGBTQI Life

March 27th 12:30pm-3:30pm in E. Bronson Ingram mpr 1003

The P.R.I.D.E. (Pursuing Respect, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity) program aims to create a visible network of support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex (LGBTQI) individuals and their allies by providing an avenue through which any member of the Vanderbilt Community can show their support. The training is 3 hours and happens 2-3 times per semester, though the March 27th training will be the last of the semester. This is a professional development opportunity for all DOS staff. You can find more information and register here.
