All Staff: RSVP for Move-In Day today!
Move In Day 2013 is Saturday August 17! We need staff volunteers to help as our new students arrive at Vanderbilt.
Staff volunteers will help answer questions, direct traffic through the parking lots, and participate in various activities to assist students and families as they move in to their houses. We do not expect staff to lift boxes!
On August 17, volunteer staff will arrive on campus by 6:30 am and work through the rush of move in until approximately 12:30 pm. Breakfast and snacks will be provided.

After we have enlisted volunteers, we will assign each staff person to a move-in team. These move-in teams will meet in August prior to Move In for training. At this training, you will receive detailed instructions about your role.
