Wenying Gu

Wenying had interdisciplinary backgrounds before coming to Vanderbilt. After graduating with bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics in 2015, she worked as a customer analyst to cooperate with operation teams, primarily in charge of doing industry researches, analyzing data collected from actual operations as well as market surveys and summarizing customer preferences to support business decision-making. Later, Wenying joined some research institutions to have further study in customer engagement from an academic perspective. She hopes to summarize the understanding and skills from previous experience and strengthen her programming ability in DSI.
