Elijah Sheridan is a rising senior from East Lansing, MI majoring in physics and mathematics with a minor in computer science. Elijah is passionate about theoretical and mathematical high-energy physics and hopes to pursue a PhD in this area. While at Vanderbilt, Elijah has done research on theorized particles in collider and astrophysical settings and on the development of grand unified theories. Elijah serves as a Co-Chair for the College Scholars Council, President of the Society of Physics Students and of Point of VU, and enthusiastically participates in other organizations such as the Math Club and the Men’s Club Ultimate Frisbee team. In his free time, Elijah enjoys playing soccer and sampling Nashville’s restaurant scene.
