Rapid Prototyping
This week, Monday the 25th, the Scholars got together to develop their design chops. Their subject: gift-giving. And who hasn’t felt the stress of trying to find the perfect gift? So, using resources from the Standford d.school, the Scholars rethought the whole gift-giving process. Over the course of only an hour, they conducted interviews, synthesized information, problem-solved solutions, and created prototypes — all to make the gift-giving process that much easier.
For all you Commons undergrads out there, keep an eye out for an upcoming workshop in this sort of design thinking. Some of your very own Curb Scholars might be leading it!
