Host-microbiota interactions in the gut
Trillions of bacteria live inside of our bodies, many of which provide beneficial functions to us. Using a multidisciplinary pipeline, we seek to understand how these microbial organisms interact with each other, and us, at metabolic levels. We do this while training the next generation of scientists to gain and disseminate knowledge.
