Accommodations at the Commons
The Vanderbilt University Office of Conferences is offering on campus housing during the 2018 Commencement activities. Commencement guests will have the opportunity to stay in Hank Ingram House, one of the most beautiful, state-of-the-art residence halls on campus. Nightly rates are only $99 per night, single or double occupancy. Rooms are available for the nights of May 9, 10 and 11, 2018. There is no minimum night stay required. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Hank Ingram House is fully ADA compliant. View more information about Accommodations at the Commons. The reservation deadline is May 8, 2018.

There are a number of award-winning on-campus dining options available to all Commencement guests. View all the available options. Dates and times of operation will be posted after Spring Break 2018.

Commodore Ballroom Buffet Lunch
The reservation deadline is Tuesday, May 2, 2018.
Avoid making lunch reservations off campus and enjoy our upscale buffet lunch in the Commodore Ballroom at the Student Life Center.
Reservations will be accepted for Friday, May 11, 2018 beginning at Noon.
You may choose to be seated at 12:00 pm, 12:30 pm, 1:00 pm, 1:30 pm, or 2:00 pm.
Adults: $60 per person plus tax
Children: (ages 6-12) $12 per person plus tax
Children 5 and under - no charge
*cocktails and bottles of champagne will be available for purchase onsite at the cash bar.
