March 8, 2021 – Class of 2020 undergraduate student Commencement RSVP, guest tickets now available
Dear Class of 2020 Graduate,
We are excited to welcome you back to Vanderbilt to celebrate your Commencement! If you plan to attend in person, please fill out the Class of 2020 Commencement RSVP form.
This will secure your spot at the ceremony and help us finalize our in-person and virtual events for Commencement.
Commencement guest ticket reservations are now available. You can reserve your two guest tickets on the FEVO website. Please note that tickets are only required for guests, not graduates themselves.
Below, you will find your unique, nontransferable access code to access your Commencement guest tickets.
UNIQUE ACCESS CODES CAN BE FOUND IN STUDENT EMAILS
Use your code to reserve your guest tickets.
Once you reserve your tickets, you will first receive a confirmation from FEVO for your reservation. You will receive a separate email from FEVO 48 hours before Commencement notifying you that your tickets are in your account with instructions on how to access them.
You must reserve your two guest tickets by Wednesday, March 31.
Any remaining guest tickets will be made available after the reservation deadline on March 31. If you are seeking two additional tickets, you must indicate your interest at the checkout screen when you request your initial set of guest tickets. You will be put on a waitlist and we will contact you if tickets become available. The additional pod of two may not end up being in the same section, and guests are not allowed to move pods at the stadium. Additional tickets will be released as available and are not guaranteed.
The above code is only for you to invite your guests; the code is not transferable to other graduates or their guests. Anyone found to be distributing guest tickets in exchange for compensation of any kind may not be able to participate in Commencement, and all of their tickets will be invalidated. Guests may be required to show a form of identification for entry to Commencement. Electronic tickets will be scanned on guests’ phones and any paper tickets printed by guests will be scanned at the gate with no physical contact taking place.
For more information about the ceremony and guest tickets, please visit the Commencement website.
