Vanderbilt awarded NSF climate education networking grant
With this award from the National Science Foundation, Vanderbilt joins the Youth Environment Alliance in Higher Education (YEAH), a multi-university network aimed at training undergraduate life science students to be future leaders at the science-policy interface. Students and Professors from nearly a dozen universities and colleges across the country and the world are coming together with this grant to teach a truly multi-disciplinary and multi-institutional set of courses, culminating in participation at the United Nations climate change negotiations.
