May 2nd and 3rd Support

On May 2nd and 3rd, Brightspace Support will begin at 9 am instead of 7 am. Regular support hours will resume on May 6th. If you have any questions, please contact Brightspace Support at brightspace@vanderbilt.edu.

Updated Brightspace Support Availability

The EdTech team has transitioned support models. From 5 PM – 11 PM on weekdays, users should anticipate receiving support for urgent requests only. Urgent requests may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Requests related to submissions due before 9 AM the following business day
• Requests regarding courses held before 9 AM the following business day
• Major outages

All other emails received between 5 PM and 11 PM will be addressed when our team returns to normal support at 7 AM the following business day. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions at brightspace@vanderbilt.edu.
