Brightspace Support Summer Hours

We love helping the Vanderbilt community use the course management system effectively and efficiently. To that end, members of our Brightspace support team will be spending this week at a conference learning more about how to serve faculty, staff, and students as we transition to Brightspace. Next week we will be back at full strength and happy to help! However, we appreciate your patience this week as we are not able to schedule meetings and consults face-to-face or by phone. We will continue to provide email support during our scheduled hours.

    I need to add my TAs to our the users in my course. However, the search function to add existing user always returns “0 search results” … I have followed the online directions and tinkered for 20 minutes, but cannot get it to pull up the people I need to add (or anyone for that matter). Another colleague has had the same issue.

    Thank you for your input on how to resolve this …
