What better way to #AnchorDown than with your friends at one of our Alumni Association and National Commodore Club (NCC) tailgates!
The Vanderbilt University Alumni Association, in conjunction with NCC, frequently hosts special events and activities for alumni, families and friends in support of Vanderbilt athletics.
During football season, the Reunion team hosts a tailgate tent in conjunction with the annual reunion festivities. The Alumni Association may host pre-game gatherings at select away games and post-season bowl games. Throughout the year, we may also host appropriate gatherings for football, basketball, baseball and other varsity level sports. We hope these events help you connect with your alma mater and stay engaged.

The Vanderbilt Alumni Association and National Commodore Club invite you to join us in Honolulu to cheer on football for the 2022 season opener. We also invite you to a Welcome Luau on Friday and the Commodore Tailgate on Saturday. All alumni, parents and friends invited!

Welcome Luau

Join Athletic Director Candice Lee to kick off the weekend with a Welcome Luau. Enjoy a spectacular sunset over the Pacific Ocean with traditional Hawaiian fare and tropical cocktails. The evening will include a special musical and dance performance.

Vanderbilt vs. Hawaii Tailgate
Varsity Circle
Tailgate: 1:30 p.m. HT
Kickoff: 4:30 p.m. HT
Join fellow fans prior to the football game for a tropical take on the Commodore Tailgate. Admission will include music, games, lunch buffet, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The Commodore Tailgate will be open for the 3 hours prior to game time and close 30 minutes before kick-off. Fans are welcome to stay in the Wahine Tailgate Village after the tailgate closes for a live game watch.
Location within 10–15-minute walk to University of Hawaii stadium.
$50 for those 21+
$35 for those under 21
Vanderbilt v. Hawaii Game Tickets
Game tickets are limited due the capacity of T.C. Ching Football Stadium; information will be available soon and sent via email to National Commodore Club members and football season ticket holders.

The Vanderbilt Alumni Association and the National Commodore Club invite you to join us in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, for the first SEC game of the 2022 football season! Join fellow alumni, parents, families and friends to celebrate our Commodores. The Commodore Tailgate includes buffet meal, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
