Originally from the mountains of Virginia overlooking Charlottesville, Caleb received his B.S. in Chemistry in May of 2012 from the University of Kentucky. He was fortunate enough to be able to spend the spring and summer of 2012 in Dr. Schey’s lab at Vanderbilt learning about mass spectrometry and its application to proteomics. He entered the Quantitative Chemical Biology Program at Vanderbilt during the fall of 2012 and joined the McLean lab in May of 2013 from that program. He is interested in the design of instruments for mass spectrometry.
