Summary: oral sex is taking place in the men's bathrooms at Rand.

Text: "In the Rand men's bathrooms, the ones by the vending machines, guys will have oral sex anonymously. I've even heard that there are holes cut in the stall walls so the person in one stall has no idea who is in the other stall, but I doubt that is true because it seems a little bit much."

Notes: As I said before, I have heard that this goes on alot in public restrooms, particularly at rest stops. Someone told me once that this occurred so much in a restroom at a Sear's department store that the management eventually took all of the doors off of the stalls to cut down on privacy in an attempt to prevent it from happening.
