Simply follow the 3-step process below and for only $50, our Registered Dietician will review your results and discuss them with you. So begin your journey to a healthier diet and overall lifestyle today!

Nutrition Consultations are a 3-step process:

  1. Come to Wellness Resource Center to pick up a 3-day dietary recall form - or download a printable 3-Day Daily Food Diary. You keep this form with you and record everything that you eat and drink for 3 days.
  2. Return the form to the Wellness Resource Center after you have completely filled it out. At that time, your appointment will be made for your consultation. The consultation will be at least one full day after you returned your form, so that the WRC staff has time to input your data.
  3. During your consultation, a trained member of the Wellness Resource Center staff will give you the data output from your 3-day dietary recall. The data will consist of charts and graphs showing how much of each nutritional element you consumed. There will be comparisons made of your diet to the U.S. Recommended Daily Allowances, and areas highlighted where your diet may have deficiencies or surpluses of certain vitamins or minerals. Your servings will also be compared to those on the Food Pyramid.
